ZSH: makes edit with vim shortcut Ctrl+x

For some reason ctrl+x ctrl+e has stopped working. I think it is
probably related to the use of suckless scroll. This uses ctrl+e which
is interpreted as a scroll.

For now though, using ctrl+x is fine
